A Good Read.  From my Favorite Poetry Book, which I found in my parents' own attic.

Tonight, Feb 12, 2014,

I picked up my favorite book tonight. Here, I read the Stanzas from Adonais from an elegy upon the death of John Keats, by Percy Bysshe Shelley.  Pages 236-238.

Somehow, I find this poem touches me deeply.  It touches me as deeply as the nights I spent this past summer staying up and photographing fireflies.

I don't know how such things can touch me so deeply, but this touch is as real as the touch of my fingers to the pages as I hold.  I touch these pages tenderly, and I hold this book to my heart dearly.
